Evaluation
For technology roles, a conversation with a Tricon practitioner in your discipline. Other roles are assessed against what the job actually demands. Not a keyword checklist.
Submission
You approve it first. We tell you the client, the rate and the duration before anything is sent.
Client interview
We brief you on the team, the manager, and what they are actually solving for.
Onboarding
Background, screening and paperwork handled before day one. W-2 with benefits in most placements.
